I understand what it's like to face the pain of infidelity. If you feel stuck, confused, or hurt in your relationship, you don't have to keep suffering through heartbreak. Feelings of anger and intense pain are natural after intimate betrayal, but can keep you stuck in the crisis. I can help you take steps forward that validate your pain and allow you to feel like yourself again. I can help you identify what you need to heal, advocate for your needs to achieve emotional safety in your relationship.

My experience with family healing, allows me to work with children and adolescents who have been impacted by painful life events and are struggling to succeed in areas of their lives. I help families rebuild healthy relationships and shift their communication towards connection and healthy communication, instead of blame and anger.

I approach my work from a trauma informed lens with a focus on attachment theory. I provide useful tools for reducing distress, depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts.
