Paul Duke, MA, LMHCA, CSAT-C
My passion is helping individuals move beyond feelings of loneliness and shame. I can help you learn to accept yourself as a valuable person and embrace the possibilities of change.
Together we can explore the deeper issues behind your struggles and make connections with your past wounds. Using focused techniques, I can help you drop the weight of your burdens.
My approach includes addressing the basic issues of one's life purpose, choices, and family of origin. I help you to identify your strengths and live within your values. Authentic relationships are important for a healthy self, and I work with clients to repair the damage in their relationships.
