Available Positions
Pacific Behavioral Healthcare is seeking passionate and highly skilled clinicians to join our team to help us foster healthy relations and sexual intimacy with our clients based on a systemic framework, validated research, and emerging scientific knowledge.
Full-time Therapist
Full-time therapists are available to conduct a minumum of 20 hours of therapeutic services per week.
Part-time Therapist
Part-time therapists are available to conduct less than 20 hours of therapeutic services per week.
Clinical Psychology Post-Doctoral Fellowship
Post-doctoral fellows at PBH recieve ample supervision with licensed clinical psychologists, advanced training experiences, and unique research opportunities. All post-doctoral fellowships are full-time positions.
Clinical Psychology Doctoral Internship
Doctoral interns at PBH recieve ample supervision with licensed clinical psychologists, advanced training experiences, and unique research opportunities. All doctoral internships are full-time positions.
Working Arrangements
In-Person
PBH takes pride in maintaining a beautiful and comfortable workspace. In-person work at PBH allows for greater collaboration and connection with our amazing team.
Remote
In certain circumstances PBH will employ highly qualified therapists who do not work within a communting distance from our office. This form of work allows employees to work from their home office for their work week. This employment arrangement does require the therapist to have a HIPAA compliant home office space.
Hybrid
Hybrid work is considered ideal for many therapists. This form of work allows employees to work in the office for part of the week, while working from their home office other days of the week. This employment arrangement does require the therapist to have a HIPAA compliant home office space.
Desired Specialty Areas
Couples therapy
Experience with Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) techniques, Gottman Method, CBT, or similar couples therapy modalities or willingness to achieve these therapy skills is desirable.
Sex therapy
Certification in AASECT treatment standards or a strong interest in pursuing credentialing in your preferred area of sex therapy.
Individual therapy
Skilled in ACT, CBT, DBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Mindfulness, etc., are desirable.
Additional specialty areas include infidelity, trauma, and compulsive sexual behavior.
Requirements

Master’s degree (required) or Doctoral degree (preferred)

Washington state active license or associate license

Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or associate (LMHCA)

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or associate (LMFTA)

Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD, PsyD)

Available to hold at least 20 sessions each week (exemptions for part-time or weekend therapists)

Experience or strong interest in working with your preferred clinical population
