Open Therapist Positions

Full Time
Therapist

This W2 employee position is for a fully licensed therapist to deliver exceptional therapy to individuals and couples. At PBH, we prioritize what matters most: your clinical expertise. We take care of the business side of things, allowing you to focus on building strong, long-term therapeutic relationships with your clients. Here, you can truly make a difference and be part of a supportive team environment that values collaboration.

 

We provide a competitive compensation package which includes a base salary plus bonus income for additional hours billed, full benefits, continuing education, and weekly consultation. Fully licensed clinicians are available to see at least 20 clients/week

We offer flexible working arrangements which can include either in-person, remote, or hybrid which is often considered ideal for many therapists. This form of work allows employees to work in the office for part of the week, while working from their home office other days of the week. This employment arrangement does require the therapist to have a private home office space.

As a PBH clinician, you will have access to a fully furnished modern office with multiple seating arrangements and ample space for groups and families. Our experienced administrative support team will manage all your intakes, support calls, scheduling, payments, and client outreach. You will have ample opportunities to collaborate on client cases and obtain different perspectives from highly qualified colleagues.

  • Available to hold at least 20 sessions each week

  • Experience or strong interest in working with your preferred clinical population

Full Time Associate Licensed Therapist

This W2 employee position is for an associate licensed therapist who is interested in advancing their clinical career, developing their skills and working in a collaborative team environment. We provide a base salary plus earn additional income for number of hours billed. You'll also receive full benefits, continuing education, supervision and consultation. Associate licensed clinicians are available to see at least 24 clients/week

You can benefit from our flexible working arrangements which can include either in-person, remote, or hybrid. Two evenings per week are required for this position. Extra benefits include access to a wide range of certified APA and AASECT CEUs. Most importantly, beyond the day-to-day client work, we offer a nurturing environment for you to flourish as a therapist.

Clinical Psychology Post-Doctoral Fellowship

We are looking for highly skilled post-doctoral fellows who want to be part of a supportive team environment that values collaboration. We provide a base salary plus additional bonus income for number of hours billed, full benefits, continuing education, supervision with a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, and weekly group consultation. Post-Doctoral therapists typically see 20-25 clients/week in order to fulfill hours for WA licensure.

This full-time position offers a flexible work schedule. We embrace a hybrid work environment, and the best part is that you get to focus on your passion – providing exceptional therapy – while our team handles the marketing, scheduling, billing, legal, and compliance aspects. This ensures you can maximize your time delivering top-notch care to your clients.

Working Arrangements 

In - PErson

We take pride in maintaining a beautiful and comfortable workspace with a full coffee bar.  In-person work at PBH allows for greater collaboration and connection with our amazing team.

HYbrid

Hybrid work is considered ideal for many therapists. This allows employees to work in the office for part of the week, while working from their home office other days of the week. 

RemotE

We will employ highly qualified therapists who do not work within commuting distance from our office. This form of work allows employees to work from their home office for their work week.
