Available Positions

Pacific Behavioral Healthcare is seeking passionate and highly skilled clinicians to join our team to help us foster healthy relations and sexual intimacy with our clients based on a systemic framework, validated research, and emerging scientific knowledge. 

Desired Specialty Areas

Couples therapy: Experience with Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) techniques, Gottman Method, or CBT couples therapy or willingness to achieve these therapy skills is desirable.

 

Sex therapy: Certification in AASECT treatment standards or a strong interest in pursuing credentialing in your preferred area of sex therapy.

 

Individual therapy: Skilled in ACT, CBT, DBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Mindfulness, etc., are desirable.

Additional specialty areas include infidelity, trauma, and compulsive sexual behavior

Requirements
  • Master’s degree (required) or Doctoral degree (preferred)

  • Washington state active license or associate license 

    • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or associate

    • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or associate

    • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD, PsyD)

  • Available to hold at least 15 sessions each week (exemptions include weekend therapists)

  • Experience or strong interest in working with your preferred clinical population
