Pacific Behavioral Healthcare is currently seeking new therapists to join our group of independent clinicians in the Seattle/Bellevue area!  As a result of our continued growth and clinic expansion, we are seeking outstanding therapists to fill treatment needs at our outpatient clinic.  We operate as a well-connected and warm-spirited group of compassionate professionals.  We are seeking only highly skilled providers who function well in collaboration with other talented professionals. Current Open Positions and Job Descriptions

We are now accepting resumes from therapists with expertise or strong interest in one or more of the following areas:

  • Marriage and Family Therapy

  • Sex Therapy

  • Problematic Sexual Behaviors, Sexual Compulsivity

Marriage and Family Therapy

Therapist will provide relationship and marital therapy services to couples and families experiencing emotional distance, distress, and lack of connection. Experience with Emotion focused therapy techniques, Gottman Method, or CBT couples therapy or willingness to achieve these therapy skills is desirable.

Sex Therapy

Therapist will provide services for intimacy, desire, and connection issues with individuals and couples. Will treat sexual dysfunction and other arousal disorders. Certification in AASECT treatment standards or strong interest in pursuing credentialing in this area is preferred.

Problematic Sexual Behavior, Sexual Compulsivity

Therapist will provide individual and group therapy services to clients struggling with chronic infidelity and problematic sexual behaviors including visiting massage parlors, prostitutes, out of control porn use, etc. Certification or training in problematic sexual behaviors or strong interest in this clinical area is preferable.

Minimum Qualifications Requirement

  • Masters degree or Doctoral degree in counseling or clinical work

  • Active license or associate license in the state of WA

  • Available to hold at least 25 patient sessions each week (exemptions include weekend therapists)

  • Experience or strong interest with the clinical population for the position you apply to


  • Work hours and schedule have flexibility

  • Possible 4 day work weeks

  • Evening and weekend hours available
