Adrian approaches therapy from a collaborative, trauma informed, and non-judgemental perspective. She is committed to helping clients build meaningful, connected lives and recognizes that challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma often impact both internal experiences and relationships.
Her clinical work integrates evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support clients in developing emotional awareness, flexibility, and resilience. She works with individuals to build practical skills for navigating intense emotions, reducing suffering, and moving toward what matters most to them. She strives to create a space where clients feel both supported and empowered to make meaningful change.
Adrian has a strong interest in trauma and the ways it shapes emotional and relationship experiences overtime. She is particularly drawn to working with individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, and she aims to help clients better understand their patterns while fostering a renewed sense of safety and self-trust.
When working with couples, she draws from the Gottman Method to support partners in improving communication, rebuilding trust, and strengthening emotional connection. She enjoys helping couples navigate difficult conversations, repair after conflict, and deepen their understanding of one another’s needs.
She is committed to providing an inclusive, affirming space for individuals of all identities and backgrounds and approaches her work with curiosity, respect, and compassion.
