Adrian approaches therapy collaboratively, from a trauma-informed, and non-judgmental perspective. She is committed to helping individuals and couples build meaningful, connected lives and recognizes that challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma often impact both internal experiences and relationships.
Adrian works with couples to strengthen their emotional connection, improve communication, and rebuild trust and intimacy. She supports partners navigating conflict, sexual concerns, and betrayal trauma, helping them work through difficult emotions and move toward healing. Adrian enjoys helping couples navigate difficult conversations, repair after arguments, and deepen their understanding of each other’s needs. She draws on the Gottman Method to help partners recognize and change unhelpful habits and create a safe space where both feel heard and respected. With her support, couples can move toward healing, renewed closeness, and lasting positive change.
Adrian is passionate about supporting individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from life. She helps clients gain insight into their patterns while fostering a renewed sense of safety, self-awareness, and self-trust. Adrian also works with clients processing trauma, helping them understand how past experiences shape their emotional world and relationships over time. Through this work, she supports clients in developing greater clarity, resilience, and a stronger, more grounded sense of self.
Her clinical work integrates evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help clients develop emotional awareness, flexibility, and resilience. She works with individuals to build practical skills for navigating intense emotions, reducing suffering, and moving toward what matters most to them. She strives to create a space where clients feel both supported and empowered to make meaningful change.
She is committed to providing an inclusive, affirming space for individuals of all identities and backgrounds and approaches her work with curiosity, respect, and compassion.
Adrian will be with us for her doctoral practicum until June 1, 2027.
