Compulsive Sexual Behavior

& Relationship Specialist

Brian draws on a rich background of managing a successful business career while devoting his time to working to help couples and men to increase intimacy skills and overall well-being.  He has a unique level of mastery for seeing through interpersonal conflict to the individual struggles that drive tension while internally desiring connection and belonging.

Brian’s areas of specialization include sex and porn addiction or compulsive sexual behavior, couples therapy, sex therapy, infidelity and sexual betrayals, and family conflict.  He has additional expertise in depression, substance abuse, trauma, and a variety of topics related to men’s health and well-being, to include emotional attunement, sexual health, and relationship skills.  Following a systemic and integrative framework, Brian utilizes evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

If you feel lost in your relationship and don’t know what steps to take, Brian can help you to find a path to connection.  If you desire a better sex life with your partner or have concerns about sexual functioning, he can help you work through your concerns in a safe environment.  If sexual behavior is hurting you or someone you care about with affairs, problematic pornography use, or other secretive sexual activity, Brian can work with you to help you find effective solutions to restore trust, integrity and wholeness.

About Me

Finding a "good fit" is essential when looking for a counselor, you should feel safe to be your authentic self without feeling judgment.  I believe that the client/counselor relationship is primary for healing and effective therapeutic work.  My non-judgmental approach works to address not only any problematic behaviors that have been present, but also the personal and relationship issues that are intertwined with them.  As a relationship Counselor, my background and training focus on helping all relationships and partnerships to heal and find fulfillment.  I am LGBTQIA+ knowledgeable and friendly.

You can get your life back.  Whether you have personally decided that enough is enough, or you have a loved one whose sexual behavior has left you desperate for a solution, I can help you today.  I welcome inquiries from any adult, regardless of gender, marital status, or sexual orientation.

I welcome the opportunity to meet with you to see if we can create a plan together to accomplish your goals and better your life.
