Life can feel overwhelming when your emotions are constantly in control. Many of us carry invisible burdens such as anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or deep-seated pain that no one else fully understands. Dr. Zachary can help you feel more grounded and in control. She will provide tools to work through daily challenges, build confidence and experience joy. She will help you connect and live a more meaningful life.

Her approach is rooted in compassion and empathy. She creates a safe space where you can explore your emotions, build coping strategies, and find meaning amidst life’s complexities. ADHD & Neurodivergent Relationships

Dr. Zachary specializes in supporting individuals with ADHD in their personal lives and careers to help them function effectively with lower stress and learn to thrive in their personal lives. She also supports couples where one partner is neurodivergent (or both). ADHD can be an incredible gift when your skills are managed and adding benefit to your life. It can also be debilitating and create unnecessary stress for you and your relationship.

If you struggle with ADHD, you may feel criticized and micromanaged by your partner. Perhaps no matter what you do, it seems like they are never satisfied. You may find yourself saying anything to avoid another argument. You might wish your partner would stop trying to control everything. You probably wonder how the two of you have become so disconnected.

If you’re in a relationship with someone with ADHD, you might feel lonely, ignored, and unappreciated. You may be tired of feeling like the only responsible one in the relationship, or worse you may feel that you cannot rely on your partner. Perhaps it feels like they don’t care and you’re losing hope.

This cycle of frustration and resentment can erode your relationship, but it doesn’t have to be this way. By understanding the role ADHD plays in relationship troubles and creating responses to each other that are more effective, you can have a positive and understanding partnership. Dr. Zachary will help you build a stronger connection and navigate challenges with greater compassion.
