Robin is a kind, collaborative, and open-minded therapist. Her work with individuals and couples is rooted in an appreciation for the complexity of each person’s history and the belief that we all come by our struggles honestly. She prioritizes understanding the layers of emotional challenges non-judgmentally and considers them meaningful opportunities for reflection, healing, and growth.

She is dedicated to guiding couples toward deeper emotional connection, effective communication, and lasting intimacy. Formerly a partner dance instructor for over 15 years, Robin developed deep insight into the nuance of interpersonal connection and inner clarity. Her background continues to inform the way she helps individuals increase self-understanding, work through conflict, and build trust. Robin helps couples transform negative interaction patterns into opportunities for growth and understanding. She emphasizes creating a safe, affirming space where both partners feel heard and valued, fostering connection and renewed closeness in their relationship

Robin works with individuals navigating a range of emotional and interpersonal concerns, including anxiety, depression, shame, identity development, trauma, thoughts of suicide, and relational distress. She draws from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and integrates these methods in ways that align with each person’s values and priorities.

Welcoming people exactly as they are and wherever they might be on their unique journey, Robin creates a space where individuals can safely show up fully. She is honored to support individuals through the courageous work of meaningful change and discovery.
