Elliot knows that life sometimes doesn’t go exactly as we expect. And navigating challenges can often feel overwhelming and isolating. But it doesn’t have to be like that. Together we can explore, process, and prepare for life’s experiences, expected or unexpected. Elliot works with individuals and couples who are experiencing conflict in relationships, problems of sexuality, grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts or behaviors. Elliot also enjoys working with people who are exploring their sexual identity and providing kink positive care. It is important to Elliot that her clients feel heard, safe, and supported in their work together. She strives to create a space that welcomes and celebrates the authentic self of all her clients. Elliot is passionate about helping people heal while examining the systems of oppression that may have contributed to their pain of loss, trauma, or shame. Elliot has worked with individuals across the lifespan to address their concerns and support their goals towards living their most fulfilling life.

Elliot is a white, pansexual, cisgendered woman dedicated to providing affirming services from anti-oppression lens. She uses a combination of evidence-based interventions, primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). She also incorporates different mindfulness activities into her therapeutic approach. Elliot uses methods and insights from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to support couples navigating interpersonal conflict, infidelity, betrayal trauma, and problems in communication.

Elliot believes that each person’s background, life experiences, and personal values deeply influence how they see and navigate the world. She recognizes that every person and every relationship is unique, which is why she takes the time to understand each individual’s distinct perspective, strengths, and concerns. Elliot is passionate about working with both individuals and couples, helping them explore the challenges they’re facing and supporting them in taking steps toward meaningful, lasting change.
