Antonia tailors her therapeutic approach to address each client’s unique concerns, relationship dynamics, personal history, and goals. Utilizing a trauma-informed lens, she helps individuals and couples understand how past experiences, attachment patterns, and life transitions influence their current relationships, psychological well-being, and ability to form connections.

With specialized training in sexology and tantra, Antonia guides clients in exploring sexuality, intimacy, desire, and sexual wellness in ways that affirm their authentic identities and relationship values. She collaborates with couples and individuals aiming to enhance communication, deepen emotional and physical intimacy, navigate differences in desire, recover from relational wounds, and create more fulfilling connections.

Adopting a holistic and collaborative approach, Antonia recognizes that relational and sexual well-being are deeply connected to overall mental health and quality of life. She assists clients in identifying patterns that may be contributing to conflict or disconnection and provides practical strategies to enhance communication, rebuild trust, and foster secure, satisfying relationships.

Drawing from the Gottman Method, art therapy, and other evidence-based approaches, Antonia creates a compassionate and affirming environment in which clients can openly explore their experiences, articulate their needs, and gain deeper insight into themselves and their partners. Her practice emphasizes the development of emotional safety, self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful connection.

Antonia works with adults navigating relationship concerns, sexuality, anxiety, life stressors, self-discovery, and personal growth. She provides LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodivergent-inclusive, and culturally responsive care. Antonia is committed to supporting clients in building the secure foundation necessary for healing, growth, connection, and thriving.
